Resource consumption is increasing daily and constantly polluting our environment. Some consequences can already be felt today.

To counteract the senseless waste and to give people a sense of environmental awareness, we developed Mia as part of the design project in the third semester.

Mia is a plant that acts as a smarthome device and can be used like »Alexa« or »Google Home«. In addition to the voice assistant functions, the plant tracks other smart devices to determine if there is a waste of electricity, for example. When a waste has been detected, the shape changes and Mia withers. If you change your behavior, the plant will blossom again.
